If your family or a family you know may qualify, please use the "Contact Us" page to request an application form and expect a response within a week. Once you receive the form, please complete it and return it to sahmfoundation@gmail.com
SAHM organizers will evaluate the initial application to determine if the family meets the charity's minimum sponsorship requirements. We will then want to know more about your family and request additional information to know your values and story.
If your family is a great fit for SAHM, your family will receive a monthly cash payment ranging from $100-200 per month based on the size of your family until your children are over the age of 6.
